What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
Hey CC,
what other models can we collectors expect in the future from the VP 1:18 mold?
B & H Bathurst VP?
GIO Bathurst VP?
Winfield Bathurst VP?
Price attack Bathurst VP?
Cheers Liam.

The B & H Vp would be fantastic
BUT it's the Coke cars I really want to see

Re: What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
CC have already made:
'93 Perkins Bathurst
'93 Brock Bathurst
Announced:
'94 Brock Bathurst
'94 Skaife ATCC winner
IMO likely make:
'94 Lowndes Bathurst
'92 Brock Bathurst
The models you mention would be nice, but if CC can't get enough pre-orders for the 3rd place '95 Bathurst Coke VR, I doubt they'll make them.

Re: What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
Seeing as the 1994 ATCC winner has been canned, probably only Brock/Perkins cars, maybe a Grice HRT if you're lucky. What a waste.
I'd like to see the Lansvale cars, and Price Attack, Alcair, Sony Autosound. Dream on...

Re: What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
Has anyone bought the CC 1994 HRT VP of Brock / Mezera? Why is there no discussion about the wrong colour stripes where the white meets the blue? On the model they are red when it should be orange like Telstra's logo colour of the time. Am I the only one that sees this or doesn't anyone care anymore?

Re: What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
You just made me go & have a good look at mine
I'm a painter by trade, & I know things can appear different to different people's eyes
But I think mine is Orange, a darker Orange admittedly, but I'd still say Orange

Re: What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
It's not the same colour as the Telstra logo on the rear wing which is what it should be.

I agree, it's not the same shade of Orange which it should be, but mine's not red either
Re: What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
the colour of the stripe is very close to (I'll go as far as to say the same colour as) the on the 1:18 1990 VL winner, were they meant to be the same?
Re: What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
No, HRT changed their colours in 93 to their sponsors (Telstra)
Dark Blue & Orange
Design stayed the same, just a colour change

Re: What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
Funnily enough, the Skaife/Richards '93 Bathurst VP has been announced. The '94 Skaife ATCC Winner was canned due to low pre-orders, and yet this one is being made?
Re: What other models can we expect from the VP mold?
Hi Guy's,
As Numark83 has pointed out, we plan to produce the 1993 Bathurst 2nd place car driven by Mark Scaife and Jim Richards. This car is expected to be released in the 4th quarter, later this year, with an expected scheduled production of 1000 pieces.
Kind Regards
CC
